“I want to tell you how delighted and grateful I am for the class you are offering. Nearly every email that arrives I feel like, “Oh Thank GOD, we’re going to tackle THAT thing!!” Those emails are fantastic: just the right amount of info to take on board without getting overwhelmed, a recipe to encourage and always so pretty. Thank you both so much for the info you’re providing and the generous platform you provide for sharing from other women. Seriously – a total pleasure.” -Feb. 2022 participant
We HOPE you will join us to aid in your menopausal journey. We think you’ll be very glad that you did! And now, we’d love to share an amazing menopausal remedy with you…a Stinging Nettle infusion!
