Eliza Graham, CHC, MS, Nutrition and Integrative Health
Eliza is a functional nutritionist focusing on women’s health throughout the life cycle, including fertility, pregnancy and early childhood, autoimmune conditions and digestive wellness. She completed a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Integrative Health through Maryland University of Integrative Health (2017). Eliza is certified as a holistic Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (2010) and is a Nutrition Consultant for the Village Green Apothecary in Bethesda, MD.
Like Christy, Eliza became interested in food and nutrition for personal reasons. The road to becoming a mother was not an easy one and her intuition led her to explore profound changes in lifestyle and food. Infertility was excruciating, but served as her entry point to the expansive world of integrative health. Her goal now is to support other women as they navigate the challenges of life.
Eliza works with women through motivational coaching, food, herbs and supplements. Her practice, Brookfield WellBeing, is rooted in the idea that the body has tremendous capacity for healing. She supports women in their search, not just for health, but for the peace and vitality that come when their whole Being is attended to and nurtured.
Christy Halvorson Ross, CHC, CRFE, Founder
Christy is a holistic Health Coach, certified through the Association of Drugless Practitioners. She completed certification at Cornell University in Nutrition and Healthy Living (November 2019). Her initial training is from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in NYC (2012) and The Raw Food Institute (2012). She is a self-taught, enthusiastic and experimental chef, recipe developer, and food photographer.
Her journey into the world of nutrition is a personal one. In 2007 she began helping her mom through what would be an 8-year battle with cancer, and knows that the nutritional choices they made for her mom, and the green juice that she drank daily, added years onto her life. She has been preoccupied with cancer and nutrition research for the last 13+ years, and strongly believes nutrition can change the course of your health for the better, starting today.
Her company Little Green has led more than 1,000 people through her online cleanse programs over the last eight years, and she’s excited to share this healthy way of eating with you and your family and friends. Thank you so much for coming to Little Green!
