An herbal infusion is a large amount of dried herb (leaves or flowers) brewed for a long time. Infusions are an inexpensive and effective way of getting bioavailable, bone supportive vitamins and minerals into our diets. Here, we make it with stinging nettles, which is amazing for bone health, but you could also make it with red clover leaves or holy basil.
