Little Green is all about healthy eating and cleanses. Sometimes I get the question: “what is a cleanse, exactly?” A cleanse is short-term dietary experience where you add amazingly powerful nutrients and foods into your diet, and eliminate inflammatory, low-nutrient, potentially toxic foods, with the goal of re-setting your digestive tract, bolstering your immunity, and helping your body become more healthy and strong.
A Little Green cleanse is different than other cleanses because we:
- have our clients eat REAL food, not just juices
- are conscious of the environment and teach you how to eat delicious, satisfying foods without eating meat
- offer cleanses of different lengths, based on your comfort level
- teach you healthy habits that you can continue long after your cleanse is “over,” changing your way of eating long-term instead of offering a few days that are an anomaly
- make it FUN!!!!! You can socialize on a cleanse! You can do it with friends! You can even go out to eat! No need to suffer or quarantine yourself.
