Ok, my friends, I have decided to keep Registration for the ten-day winter cleanse open until Saturday Night! I don’t know about YOU, but I am truly looking forward to a structured time when I cut out the crackers and cheese! We are going to spend ten days together, eating healthy, nutritious, delicious food….feeling great, doing great things for our bodies and our planet.

HI Christy – I am really enjoying for 7-day cleanse! The recipes are wonderful. Love the granola with almond milk and berries in the morning. That will become a regular for me!
