This one-hour 1:1 private consultation with Christy is for women who want to make a change: adopt a plant-based diet, eliminate triggers, minimize risk or return of chronic disease, lose weight, bolster immunity, and/or feel generally better. This health change may be for you, a child, or on behalf of another member of your family.

After registration, you will be provided with a link to fill out our one-page health questionnaire. Please complete it as soon as possible and in advance of our meeting, and we will meet in person or on a Skype call to go through your goals, what you are currently doing, and what you might do to achieve your goals.
