You will eat loads of veggies, fruits, greens, legumes, seeds, and whole grains through your experience with Little Green. Sugar, land meat, gluten dairy, and alcohol will all be eliminated. Limited fish, eggs, corn, and natural sweeteners like maple syrup and honey, and one cup of coffee per day are allowed!
