This time is incredibly hard, and unprecedented for most of us. Every day is new, our coming weeks are totally unpredictable, and we’re all on edge. Millions of Americans are at home, working hard to stay healthy and flatten the curve, and make this work for their families.
We’re gonna wing this…(we have to, right?) but we thought we’d create a two-week program that may just help all of us navigate the food and wellness part of this crisis together. This is NOT a cleanse…it’s a healthy-eating, scarce-pantry-focused, lets-try-to-stay-positive experience. (And it’s free.) It’s my gift to you because Little Green is all about cooking at home and wellbeing and we want to make a difference in any way that we can! Please feel free to share this with your friends, as well.
By registering, you get access to all our recipes and our meal planner. I’m going to come up with content based on what YOU want. What’s in your pantry? Beans? Sundried tomatoes? I’ll try to find recipes that use pantry items, are healthy, and easy, and will nourish you and your family.
We’ll try to find something positive every day…because this is hard and we all need some uplifting! We’ll share ideas, thoughts, dreams, worries. We’ve already set up a Facebook group.
Here’s how it’s going to work: you can sign up anytime, and you’ll just be added in whenever you join. I’ll send you an email every weekday for the next 2 weeks (Friday of this week, and the 2 weeks following). The emails will have ideas about cooking at home, some recipes, and more…please bear with me as we figure out the best way to make this work for each of you!
