In this series of 4 one-hour coaching sessions, I will work with you over time (you may choose to do the 4 sessions weekly over 1 month, or every-other-week for 2 months) to help achieve your health goals.
These one-hour private consultations with Christy are for women who want to make a change: adopt a plant-based diet, eliminate triggers, minimize risk or return of chronic disease, lose weight, bolster immunity, and/or feel generally better. This health change may be for you, a child, or on behalf of another member of your family. The series is offered to help keep you on track, at a reduced rate from our single session offering.
Purchase of the 4 sessions also gives you membership to our Members Portal for 2 months. You will have access to our recipes and meal planners for the duration of time you are working with Christy. (If you’d like to look into just one session, please click here.)
After registration, you will be provided with a link to fill out our one-page health questionnaire. Please complete it as soon as possible and in advance of our meeting, and we will meet in person or on a skype call to go through your goals, what you are currently doing, and what you might do to achieve your goals.
