We at Little Green hope that your Thanksgiving was wonderful! We trust that you had nourishing food, great time with friends and family, and time to reflect on gratitude.
If your friends and family are stying in town, try out our Sundried Tomato Rosemary Dip for the pre-dinner snack-ies. It only take about 5 minutes to make and is hearty and addictive! Just soak the walnuts before you go to bed tonight!
- 8 oz sundried tomatoes, with 2 Tbsp. oil reserved
- 2 cups walnuts soaked in water 6-8 hours
- 2 Tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
- 4 Tbsp. water
-
Soak the walnuts in water, covering them by 2 inches, for 6-8 hours. Drain & rinse.
-
Drain the sundried tomatoes, reserving 2 Tbsp. of the oil
-
In a food processor, combine all ingredients (including oil) and blend until smooth. You will need to stop the cuisinart and push down the mixture a number of times. You may need to add more water as needed.
If you are desiring the quickest of resets before we head into the next stages of the holidays, don’t forget that we offer an amazing Cleanse Now program, where you can sign up and GO on your own schedule. It’s just like our quarterly cleanses, where you are given a sample menu, planning guide, and grocery list, and are guided each day through healthy eating. The only difference is the scheduling–the timing here is up to you! If this is something you need right now, we’re thrilled to have you!
Cheers to this amazing season!
