A lot is happening this March at Little Green, from curries to chayote squashes, from Ayurveda cookbooks to adaptogens, and from spring cleanses to getting re-educated!!!! That’s what spring does, right? It bursts out in blossoms all around us! Let’s break it all down a bit.

- I am really excited to be learning more….and there is no end to what we can become interested in and educate ourselves on…don’t you think? I have gone back to study more nutrition at Cornell and will be getting another certificate in Nutrition and Healthy Living, which basically studies the science of nutrition. I’ll be deep in learning about digestion, fats, nutrition + cancer, and more, soon.
- Curries! Wanted to share this sneak preview with you for our spring cleanse. This is an incredible South Indian Vegetable Curry that I’ve been working on. It contains chayote squash, which is one of my favorite new discoveries. It’s like a cross between a green apple and a zucchini. This dish can be grain-free if you choose. It’s great as a stew (without grains), or over brown rice. I hope you love it as much as we do!
