Zucchini, Heirloom Tomato, Basil, and Black Olives

Ingredients
  • 1 zucchinisliced
  • 1 heirloom tomatosliced into disks, and then halved
  • 10leaves basil leavestorn off stem
  • 10 oil cured black oliveswithout pits
  • 1Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Slice the zucchini into 1/2 inch slices, lightly salt, and saute in a frying pan with olive oil until tender and golden.
  2. On a pretty plate, stack the tomato slices, basil leaves, cooked zucchini, and olives. Drizzle with olive oil and serve!
