- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 Tbsp. miso yellow-white
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
- 2 Tbsp. almost boiling water use more if necessary for desired thinness
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper freshly ground
- Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a fork until all lumps are removed.
- Store in a glass jar in the fridge for 3-4 days
- Is delicious on roasted veggies, steamed sweet potato chunks, rice noodles, and more.
