1/4lbperfectly broiled wild salmon(see link below)
6piecessalted seaweed snacks
2Tbsp.extra virgin olive oil
Have your salmon broiled and ready (use Perfectly Broiled Salmon recipe!)
Cook up a batch of brown rice.
Steam some edamame.
Then, compile! I like to arrange mine based on looks and then have each guest mix it up when they eat it. The sesame seeds look nice on the avocado! There is enough flavor in this to just add tamari and EVOO.
