Ingredients
  • 1/2cup popcorn kernels
  • 1Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 2Tbsp. honey
  • 1/2tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Cook the popcorn in a hot air popper, or over the stove in a pan with a lid (with a tsp. coconut oil, and shaking constantly over med-high heat until it pops.) Heat the coconut oil and honey in a pan over low heat, whisking until combined. Add popcorn to a bowl, and add honey/oil mixture, half the salt and many sprinkles of cinnamon, and toss well. Do the same with the second half of the oil/salt/cinnamon and toss again. Indulgent!!!!
