Ingredients
  • 1head cauliflower
  • 1/4cup olive oil
  • 1tsp. sea salt
Instructions
  1. Use a box grater, or the grater feature on your food processor. Remove the stem of the cauliflower, and (if using a food processor), pulse chunks of the cauliflower through the feeding tube until cauliflower resembles grains of rice.
  2. Heat 1/4 cup of olive oil in a large frying pan on medium-high heat. Add the cauliflower, and stir regularly, until the grains are golden and tender, about 5 minutes.
  3. Serve in place of rice with any dish! A highly nutritious, low calorie rice alternative! You can have for dinner on this cleanse if you want more substance to a dish and are missing grains.
