Amigos Smoothie
If you are looking for a smoothie that is hearty and nutrition-packed enough to be breakfast, this is it. It was inspired by the satisfying + tropical smoothies my friends and I enjoyed in Puerto Rico (thus, the name!)

Ingredients
  • 1 avocadosliced
  • 1/2cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1cup spinach
  • 2tsp. chia seeds
  • 1Tbsp. hemp seeds
  • 1/2tsp. turmeric
  • 1 1/2cup coconut water
  • 1 lemonjuiced
  • 1/2cup ice
Instructions
  1. Blend in a vitamix or blender until creamy and smooth. Add more coconut water if necessary.
