One of our clients’ favorite things about Little Green is that we focus on what goes on your plate, not just for ten days, but long-term. Your long-term health is our goal. We are all about increasing the plants in your diet and bolstering your immunity with anti-inflammatory, high nutrient foods. We remove the foods that either do nothing for you, or can cause you harm. Yes, we offer cleanse programs with dates attached to them, but we are not a diet, and we don’t support diet culture. Our cleanse programs are about re-setting your system–and then sticking with as many elements of it as you can after the cleanse ends, recognizing your bio-individuality and learning to eat intuitively and mindfully.
What does a Little Green cleanse entail? We give you 100+ recipes on our Members’ Portal that include delicious, high-nutrient, anti-inflammatory cleansing foods. We tell you about the properties of our favorite nutrient-dense foods and cleansing foods. We send you an email every day to encourage you without your coffee, wine, whole milk, and steak. We give you a fresh, new, sexy recipe every day in that email. We ask you to exercise daily, whether that be taking a walk or signing up for a bootcamp or dancing in your kitchen. We sign you up for a chat group where you can get support and ideas from other participants. We pump you up with a song of the day. We have sample menus, meal planners, and grocery-list generators…And more! It’s actually really fun and we think it could change your life for the better.
We would be remiss if we didn’t also note that Little Green’s program is the healthiest for the earth as well! Cutting out meat and dairy is an enormous step in reversing climate change. Plants (and occasional fish and eggs) give you ample protein and are far less harmful to the environment than paleo advocates.
