Lemon Water

Half a lemon

8-10 ounces water

  • Start your morning off daily with a glass of lemon water!
  • Fill a glass with lukewarm or hot (not boiling) water–depending on your preference–and squeeze half a lemon into it.
  • Drink before you eat your breakfast!
  • Lemon water helps hydrate your body, and the lemon gives your liver a squeeze, preparing it for its job of being the dietary gate-keeper all day long. Very important when you are detoxing!
