Optional Add-ons:

Orange Ginger Honey Dressing

extra virgin olive oil

ginger
chopped with skin peeled off

Tbsp.
raw honey

orange
juiced

Instructions
Massaged Kale Salad
Chop the kale into thin strips about 2 inches long.
Toss in a bowl with a sprinkle of sea salt and about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
With your hands, massage the kale for a minute or two until soft.
Add additional ingredients, mix well, and toss with Orange Ginger Honey dressing (recipe below.)
Orange Ginger Honey Dressing
Blend in vitamix or good blender until smooth.
