Ingredients
Massaged Kale Salad
  • 1bunch Kaleany kind
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 applechopped, with skins on
  • 1/4cup Raisins
  • 1/4cup sliced almonds
Optional Add-ons:
  • 1/4cup pepitas
  • ¼ red oniondiced
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakeslarge
  • 1Tbsp. hemp seeds
Orange Ginger Honey Dressing
  • ½cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½inch gingerchopped with skin peeled off
  • ½Tbsp. raw honey
  • 1/2 orangejuiced
  • ¼tsp. sea salt
Instructions
Massaged Kale Salad
  1. Chop the kale into thin strips about 2 inches long.
  2. Toss in a bowl with a sprinkle of sea salt and about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
  3. With your hands, massage the kale for a minute or two until soft.
  4. Add additional ingredients, mix well, and toss with Orange Ginger Honey dressing (recipe below.)

  1. Blend in vitamix or good blender until smooth.
