  • 1/2 lemon
  • 8-10 ounces water
  • 8-10 ounces water
  1. Start your morning off daily with a glass of lemon water!
  2. Fill a glass with lukewarm or hot (not boiling) water--depending on your preference--and squeeze half a lemon into it.
  3. Drink before you eat your breakfast!
  4. Lemon water helps hydrate your body, and the lemon gives your liver a squeeze, preparing it for its job of being the dietary gate-keeper all day long. Very important when you are detoxing!
